Value at Every Level

Tier 1 – $550

• Discounted Booth Rates: Members benefit from reduced booth rates at the Safety+ Symposium, with a $4.00 per sq. ft. difference compared to non-members.
• Personnel Registration Discount: Safety+ exhibitors enjoy a $100 member discount for each additional booth personnel registered.
• Priority Point System: Members participate in the Priority Point system, earning points through annual exhibition, sponsorship/advertising at Safety+, and purchasing extra booth space. Tier-1 Affiliate members receive 1 bonus Priority Point.
• Free Attendee Contact Lists: Exhibitors receive a complimentary pre- and post-event attendee contact list, valued at $550 for non-members.
• Leader Magazine Subscription: Members receive a 1-year free subscription to VPPPA’s industry magazine, the Leader, with quarterly print copies and access to current and past digital issues through the Member Portal.

• Featured Exhibitor Recognition: Enjoy a Featured Exhibitor Listing, showcasing your company name, booth number, and logo prominently on printed signage, the Safety+ Mobile App, and our website, enhancing visibility.
• Extended Advertising Discounts: Benefit from a 17% discount on advertising opportunities, including the Leader magazine, On the Level e-newsletter, or a banner on the VPPPA website.

Upgrade Your Membership!

You are eligible to upgrade to a higher tier at the end of your annual membership by contacting membership@vpppa.org prior to your next renewal date. You also have the option to upgrade during the middle of the year and we will prorate your purchase. Membership downgrades can be scheduled at your next renewal date by contacting ​membership@vpppa.org.
